CA Srinivasa Upadhya G
B.Sc., F.C.A
Mr. G Srinivasa Upadhya hails from Gopadi, Udupi dist. Karnataka. He completed his B.Sc. and went on to pursue his Chartered Accountancy. He is currently a Fellow of ICAI and is a practicing CA since 1980.
Having founded Upadhya & Associates LLP in the year 1980, he has been instrumental in raising the firm to the stature it holds today.
With over four decades of practice, he is an expert in the field of audit, taxation, litigation and advisory with clients spanning across industries.
He is an authority on the hospitality sector due to a vast number of clients serviced in the sector over the years .
He has also been engaged in litigations pertaining to Direct Taxation and has successfully represented several clients before tax authorities.
CA Krishna Upadhya S
B.Com., F.C.A
Mr. Krishna Upadhya S is a graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University and a Fellow of ICAI. He holds the accolade of having cleared all the levels of CA exams in the first attempt with an All India rank of 27 in the final examination.
Having done his internship at a reputed Chartered Accountant's firm in Bengaluru, he was involved in handling audits of banks, large corporates including MNCs, tax compliance and advisory to Individuals, Firms and Corporate clients.
His first experience as a Chartered Accountant was with Ernst & Young where he spent close to two years engaged in advising large multinationals in matters ranging from Indian domestic taxation, double taxation avoidance agreements, exchange control and transfer pricing matters.
He joined Upadhya & Associates LLP in the year 2013 as a Partner and has expanded the firm's avenues of services.
CA Prajwal A S
Deputy Partner – Audit & Assurance
CA Prajwal A S is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in commerce from Mangalore University. Currently Prajwal is Deputy Partner in the Audit and Assurance Team.
He has completed his articleship in Udupi and worked on a wide spectrum of services.
He likes travelling, playing cricket and visiting Hill stations. He believes in process oriented approach to work rather than result oriented approach. He is also Passionate about the World affairs.
Sindhushree M
Associate Partner – Audit & Assurance
CA Sindhushree M is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate. She has extensive experience in planning and managing corporate and non-corporate audits, attestation services, and regulatory compliance.
She has hands-on experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), evaluating internal controls, and implementing effective risk management strategies. Her expertise also extends to conducting due diligence, helping businesses assess financial risks, and making well-informed decisions. Contrary to popular belief that audit is a post-mortem analysis, Sindhushree believes that audits serve as a reality check mechanism to clients and helps them in planning the future pathway of their organisation in a more informed and organised manner. Sindhushree enjoys yoga and meditation.
